Reservation Payment Schedule:

Half the reservation fee is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and debited automatically. All paid prepayments are non-refundable. If full payment is not received 30 days prior to arrival, reservation will be cancelled and deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellations:

In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we will not refund booking deposits at this time but will allow you to reschedule your visit for later in the year or next year.
